Looking for Georgetown Herald archives

About a year ago I spent several hours on a website of old Georgetown Herald photos and announcements BUT it appears my Mad Cow Disease, affectionately known as"spongelitus", is progressing (I absolutely refuse to blame it on aging) and I cannot for the life of me remember the web address or even how I found it. I suspect it was through GTOL but I'm not sure. I've googled a few different sites but no dice. Can anybody with better control of their faculties help?

Try the Halton library site: they have (nearly) every issue of the Herald in their archives.
