Peasfully November first 2005 in Midland Ontario Hospital.<br>Philip J. Carney passed away surrounded by his wife and 6 of his Eight children.<br>Services to be held as follows....<br>Jones and Son Funeral home on Trafalgar Rd. Georgetown.<br>Visitation, Thursday, Nov 03, 7:00 - 9:00, Friday 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00.<br>Funeral Mass at Holy Cross Church on Maple ave. Georgetown, Saturday 2:00<br>In Liew of flowers, donations to the Canadian Heart & Stroke foundation would be appreciated. <p></p><i></i>

Can I ask how old Phil was, as I think I remember playing hockey with someone named Carney? Certainly I remember Pat Carney, but can't work out the family associations (if any).<br><br>In any event, my deepest condolences to the Carney family. <p>Al Darby</p><i></i>

He was 77 yrs old, and old Georgetown family. Yes he was in Real-Estate, owned Carney real estate and part owner of Johnston & Carney realestate. Eight children, Danny, Michael, Elizabeth (liddy), David, Yvonne, Susan Mary and Julie. <p></p><i></i>
