Hello Barry,
Yes I remember you. The last time I saw you was in Oakville at your nieces wedding to Rod Pasma. Glad to read that you have retired. Do you still do any refereeing ? Gail and I now live in Wiarton. I retired just before 9 11 form Air Canada. My wife Gail still works, but up here, at the Wiarton Hospital.

Keith & Gail Bennett
mallorybeachbum@bmts.com

Hi Keith & Gail

How is going ? It's kind of weird seeing all the names from the past who are now retired , or close to it . Man you are getting old . I can still remember hanging out and playing hockey together .

I'm still attempting to ref a little , but if you thought I was slow when I played , you should see me now .

If you two are ever slumming down Wasaga way , drop in .

I'll tell Ann I have heard from you both .

Have a good one : Barry and Ann

Keith do you still play the drums?

Hi Mark,

If any of your lost friends are listed on the classmates.com site, let me know and I will email them for you. Your list is long, and I don't have time to look them all up.

I was talking to my sister Fiona (who is married to Jim Allen) and she keeps in touch with some of those people you mentioned (Doug Smith). Email me if you are interested in getting her email address.

mrstaylor1999@hotmail.com

Sandy

Remembering music and Doc Wilson

Hi David,

Nice to see your name pop up on my first visit to the site. Ran into Al Moore the other day in town, and that sparked great memories of Dr. Wison and band at GDHS.

Do you still play trumpet? I have an old sax here, but haven't taken it out for a while, despite my best intentions. A number of us took music together for several years: Jennifer Mills (French horn), Pat Fournier (percussion), Mike Baker(alto sax), Al Moore (trombone) Mike Pratt (some horn), Ellen Bell (flute), George Nutel (tuba), Peter Wright (clarinet).... can't remember more right now. But that experience made a big impact on my life.

Any idea if Doc Wilson is alive?

And remember the infamous "sodium/potassium" incident. More on that later.

Hope you are well,

David Smallwood
djsmallwood@sympatico.ca

Hey Mark:

Marina Herrington is my second cousin. She lives in Orangeville now and is married to a Peel cop. I think they have three kids and have been married about 15 or 16 years. Unfortunately, I can't remember her married name and neither could my mom!

Her mom Donna also lives in Orangeville so you might be able to track her down through her mom. Her dad, my Uncle Mac, passed away quite a few years ago from cancer.

Doug Turner still lives in Georgetown and owns Sammy's ice cream which I think is behind the Beckers store on Guelph Street. Last I heard, Shayne Hillock was married for I think the second time and living in Acton.

Lisa

Lisa....thanks for contacting Marina. Actually are you registered with Classmates.com? There are a couple of people there from my grad year that I would love to contact. I am not a member with classmates. Would it be possible for you to pass on my address to them as well? If you don't want to, no problem I understand. Tks.

hi Mark. yes if you have their name just either post them or email me at kimcolburne@netscape.net and I'll send them a note for you. I'm not sure what year you graduated so if you can give me that so I can search for them quicker that would be great. thanks
