Mr. Al Darby, please speed up the process

This message has been moved as it is in breach of the "No Posting" rules --- Further admonishments will follow!

We have received a reply from Mr. Al Darby dealing with Our request to be made Administrator of the GTOL so that We may take a direct and firm hand in castigating the various miscreants that pollute the site.

The reply of the venerable Mr. Al Darby contains several mysteries. First We do not understand why We cannot take office except on a Friday. This is not a Holy Day of the week, and so We are puzzled as to its significance. Further, the prospect of a delay of several months until the weather is frosty seems unwarranted to Us. We urge Mr. Al Darby to reflect on the cataclysmic degree of wickedness that will be wrought in the intervening months without a firm hand to forestall it.

Finally, although We ourselves do often partake in a ritual meal, We do so abstemiously, and without excess. In this regard, therefore, We are dubious about Mr. Al Darby’s admonishment that we must stuff ourselves. The relevance of this requirement to the question of Our becoming an Administrator seems tenuous.

In short, Mr. Al Darby, We insist that you streamline this process and make Us Administrator as quickly as possible.

ScRoFFy babe, it's not down to me, the multi-LLd man is the M-A-N, so don't come moaning to me, especially not after casting nasturtiums on my Male Membership!

This is no matter for levity, Mr. Al Darby. We insist that you treat Our request seriously.
